What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Decatur

There is more Freedom. plus there is no nosey nieghbors. Also on the weekends there is barly any traffic on my road.

The houses are newer and well maintained. There are restaurants and shopping nearby. Access to major highways is convenient.

Close to shops and restaurants , banks , sitting right dab into places that you would frequent ,not to busy not to overcrowded as well pretty quiet overall

the going in the place has it going place that is really good going the local businesses going to taco bell going in the place going has it

Historic neighborhood, lots of trees. There are 2 parks within 1 block of our home. 1 has tennis courts. Also within walking distance is downtown area with local restaurants, pubs, and theatre.

There is really nothing unique about my neighborhood. There is a park that is walkable to and has ballfields and playgrounds. I feel safe walking the sidewalks around just to get out and walk and everyone is mostly friendly.
