What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Rock Hill

Many nice parks and opportunities for hiking and disc golf. These keep things interesting and provide opportunites to get outside and enjoy the weather

I love being out in the country. I like having plenty of land for my kids to play in, I like having neighbors but that they aren't too close. I like looking up at the sky at night and seeing stars. I like that shopping is within close enough distance that I can go to the grocery store in less than 10 minutes

My neighborhood is family and anyone safe and friendly. We are about 5 miles from downtown and a grocery store . We are about 3 miles from a gas station and bank

I feel like I live in a fishbowl. You can see everything the neighbors are doing outside. I have a dog and he barks at everything.

There are always events in the community that are family-friendly and low cost to community members. The city strives to maintain a balance with the university and locals.

I like the large sidewalks in the neighborhood. I think that there is also a lot of scenic wildlife as well.
