What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Overland Park

Great schools. Close to restaurants and shopping. Feel safe. Nice people who look out for each other.

The friendly atmosphere and great dining neqrby lke Applebees. 5he houses are not old but still exude a stately ambiance.

Clean neat yards, friendly people. Nice grocery store we can walk too. Well lighted streets and sidewalks and bike lanes.

What I like most about living in my neighborhood is that everything is down the street. It's really easy to find a good place to eat or to hang out.

My neighborhood is within walking distance of bike trails, schools, grocery stores, drug stores, a coffee shop, and restaurants. It's well maintained. We have neighborhood activities and a neighborhood pool.

My neighborhood is near schools and parks, and there are many restaurants and shops within 5 miles. We enjoy going out to eat, and I especially enjoy the safe walking trails.
