    What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Leawood

I like the neighborhood residents. I like the HOA. They stay on top of the maintenance. The gardeners do an excellent job every week. The board of directors addresses all issues.

There are nice little coffee/pastry shops nearby. My neighborhood is close to grocery stores and schools. Very accommodating to people of all ages.

There aren't any places within short walking distance to go out to eat , etc, but if more businesses were constructed, it would take away from the character of the neighborhood. This city is one where one needs a car

It is close to my family who can drive me wherever I need to go since I don't have a car. I like being able to take short walks.

Proximity to 39th street entertainment and food is a huge plus. I love D'Bronx pizza, Fric & Frac, The Hi Dive, Prospero's bookstore.

My complex is next to a national park with scenic hiking trails available to walk to. The expansive forest in your backyard is invaluable
