What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Palatine

Grocery store within walking distance. Park district is very nice. Able to walk to health club. Very clean neighborhood

i could walk to the grocery store and would only take 5 minutes, also my family lives close by. It is mostly a Hispanic neighborhood which I enjoy

It is near a lot of shops, stores and points of interest. In addition, it is near some of my closest relatives.

People or born and raised here. Start their family here and stay till its their time..................................................

My neighborhood has comprehensive security measures, is close to Walmart for easy shopping, and I often take my friends and family to the fast food restaurants and Starbucks around the area.

i like the look of my neighborhood. buildings are well maintained and it is quiet. it is near a nature preserve.
