What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Arlington Heights

It's quiet because it's a mile off the highway, but close enough to go shopping. The complex itself is a great place to walk for exercise because of the tall, shady trees and the slightly rolling roadways.

It is close to downtown but still very safe for families and children this is important to me . We also have low crime

Feel safe close to shopping and restaurants and expressways libraryvery walkable well lit well kept homes

I like how close it is to downtown and shops/restaurants. One of my favorite local coffee shops is walking distance. It's also near the college with open spaces and parks to safely walk in.

The people are quite welcoming. There's a considerable diversity, with people coming from different countries and culturesThe schools are among the best

The thing I like most about my neighborhood is that it's quiet and I feel safe. Do you get to know the people you get to know their schedule like when they're exercising what time of day who they are I love that everybody waves it's just a good neighborhood there's nothing really unique about it. It's just home.
