What Renters Like and Dislike About Florida Education Institute

Several parks in and around the neighborhood. Parks are geared more for younger children, but there are hiking trails and fishing areas open for older children and adults.

Close to stores, restaurants etc. Close to my family and friends. I have known my neighbors for 10+ years. I have also lived here for 10+ years.

It used to be a safe place to live. I used to be able to open my back door so that my cars could enjoy the overhead back porch. Not any more.

A neighborhood surrounded by supermarkets and fast food restaurants would make me feel convenient and a quiet neighborhood os what makes me feel comfortable. I will take my family and friends to the neighborhood for coffee.

Our house in within site of a lake, safe to walk in even at night. We live within 3 miles from a family owned and operating store.

The neighborhood is located around a lake with woods. There is a lot of wildlife. It does not take long to get to town.
