What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Lakewood

I like living between two lakes. Lots of birds to see. lots of good walking and bike trails. Close enough to Major streets so you can get around town easily.

I like my neighbors. Grocery store is walking distance. Helpful residents are there to help with a problem.

I like that it's close to everything that you need stores to malls to restaurants & other places close nearby

This is a quiet neighborhood. It is 1 mile from major roads. People love to decorate their yards at Christmas.

The parks, there are 4, are very well kept. This neighborhood is quiet and people look out for one another.

It's close to everything fun, downtown, mountains, shopping. It's also next to light rail and easy to get places
