What Renters Like and Dislike
What Renters Like and Dislike About Citrus Heights
Parks and trails nearby and recently added more. Less homeless problem. Fairly walkable. More shopping & restaurants coming.
How close we are to shopping and restraunts from high end to low end with in walking distance if I need to
I like the fact that a local university is just down the street because I his neighborhood attends and supports their sports teams regularly. It feels like a community. It also isn't an overly large place so getting lost doesn't happen too often over here.
My neighborhood has a lot of truckers. We have an abandoned mall too. We have a ton of homeless folks near us too. It's super unsafe.
Its Quiet all day. There is no homeless camps nearby. There is less crimes. It is residencial area near clean business buildings.
Neighhors are somewhat friendly. Enough restaurants near by with driving. Starbucks and grocery right down the street. Nothing unique.
