What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Tempe

The neighbour hood is safe. The public transport is good. There is good security and safety even during late nights and early mornings.

College town, large diversity! Everyone is nice and there is a good social scene near the college with lots of bars and restruants

Go to the db with the friends who are looking for. Please let me know if you need anything else from me and. Quiet and good clg we are going to be a little.

I enjoy having places I can eat nearby. Then it is nice being able to walk to most locations I want to spend time at.

I like that there are quite a few businesses within walking distance, because I don't have a car right now. I enjoy the park that's nearby with our dog.

The Neighborhood is quite. And there are restaurants, bars, and stores very close. And there is a part less than a mile away.
