What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Glendale

My neighborhood is safe and there are plenty of people that keep a lookout for odd behavior going on. Walking distance to Walmart, restaurants, bars and Goodwill.

Things I like about where I live is how close to the grocery store I am. I live walking distance from Frys. I also live close to Starbucks and I go there often. I am near many stores and freeways so it's easy to navigate around.

It's quiet, it's close knit, we go to the local Walmart and other shops and McDonald's is always a good place to get coffee

We are on a golf course with lakes also with views of the mountains . We can walk to local grocery stores and restaurants like Babos or Starbucks.

I like being near a golf course and a park. I like that we have sidewalks and that the neighborhood is bike friendly. There are not any nearby or walkable restaurants and bars but they are not far to drive to.

The neighbors keep to themselves, but will share when you come across. Traffic is minimal so no loud cars and no racing.
