I like it the most because it's across the street of my school, easy to walk around the area, people are all close and friendly too.
Since there's a single entrance in and out of the park, there isn't a lot of through-traffic. No one in the neighborhood is exceedingly wealthy and most are low to moderate income, so there isn't a major caste clash. With so many people living so nearby you get to know a few good neighbors and ally with them to help each other.
Its close to the parks. Close to the bars and stores. Close to downtown. And its close to the schools.
I don't think I need to improve anything about my neighborhood because it's all amazing, maybe if one of the neighbors wasnt sketchy id say it's perfect.
Less drug activities. Less police activitie. Nicer roads. Better street signs for better driving and safety.

Why Renters Feel Safe/Unsafe In Chaska
Some sketchy neighbors, but otherwise my neighborhood is really chill and safe. I like it a lot, it's a great place to live.
There have been drug dealers allowed to live right next to the playgrounds. Though they mostly leave people alone. People drive far too fast through here and don't pay enough attention. Though there's not outright violence in the streets and kids often run around the neighborhood.
