Life in a college town is appealing for those both in and out of school. This is paricularly true for cities with multiple colleges or large campuses. They tend to attract great nightlife, cheap eats and tons of cultural events. This combination is great for empty nesters, renters on budgets or anyone who appreciates multi-cultural learning opportunities and entertainment.
