1. Stair step ups
While it may be easier to skip the stairs and take the elevator during your commute to your apartment, the stairs in your complex are actually a useful equipment to tone your legs.

2. Wall squats

6. Wall push-ups
Another great wall exercise to get your blood pumping in a small space are wall push-ups. Begin this workout by getting into a traditional push-up position while standing against the wall.
Once parallel to the wall, rotate the back of your torso towards the wall while raising your hands into the air and hold for five seconds. This may sound simple but you'll be feeling the burn in no time.
