National Kids Take Over the Kitchen Day

Whether you’re hooked on Masterchef Junior or love watching young chefs do their thing on shows like Chopped Junior, one thing is clear: kids love being in the kitchen. Involving your child in cooking can set them up with extremely useful life skills, not to mention offer the opportunity to try new things and learn about healthy eating. September 13th is National Kids Take Over the Kitchen Day, so why not get the whole family involved?
