What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Sugar Land

My neighborhood is located in a good school district by with decent house values. This attracts the right kind of families in our neighborhood. Great local businesses and shops in my neighborhood makes it a safe place to raise my family.

My neighborhood is gated with security present. Got plenty of restaurants within 2 Miles's. I enjoy going to the park to bbq and play games with family and friends.

I like how quiet it is at night. There is a community center nearby. There are places to walk to. It is easy to give directions to.

Diversity. My favourite nearby businesses are Starbucks, HEB, Sonic. I go there with my family, and to the dog park

This is a condo community which I like in the first place. The house has a garage. There is a big mall and a cinema in a stone's throw away. Almost everything is available around a four-mile radius.

The buildings are old and beautiful . It's close to stores and restaurants. Parks are nearby for kids .
