Parks nearby and very family friendly. Nice people all around.neighborhood is safe for the most part

It is a good place to raise a family. The nearby schools are rated highly. It isn't the most walkable area but there are nearby businesses worth spending money in.

That its near multiple.parks and schools. I love that there are local groceries stores and restaurants very close

We have a big park nearby that is great to take my dog to. There are some local grocery stores nearby. I love walking my dog in our cauldisac.

It's close to a major freeway and its east to get to. I like the houses are on decent size lots, and the people are of the similar age as I am.

Close to the area where I live, there are many services available, whether health services, entertainment stores, restaurants, and others
