Nothing is unique about this place. Few fast food restaurants, bars are dumps. I like going for walks with my dog and friends, just sitting around talking, going to parks but not here.

It is not really unique; it is like a lot of others areas in my suburb - just quiet and comfortable without a lot of change or upheaval. For excitement or to work I go elsewhere. This is pretty much a "bedroom community".

I love that it's small and you know most everyone. There is a lot of city wide involvement and things for families to do. Small local businesses are becoming more.

like the quiet presence everyday. like that my neighbors watch out for my things and i watch out for theirs. i like that people feel safe enough t stop and talk to people they dont know
