What Renters Like and Dislike About Oviedo

Its close to schools so students can walk/bike and not worry about a bus. Its not a party area. There are no party's during large events.

The neighborhood is conveniently located to most everything. It has easy access to both shopping and restaurants of all types.

Everything you're looking for is within a certain radius (less the 3-4 miles). Favorite business are all located nearby (Home Depot, Lowes, Walmart) etc.

I like being close to shopping. I also like being in a good school district where kids are able to get a good education.

We like going to the park and nature trail down the road . We also love to go to the convenience store that sells hot foods that is down the road they have the best chicken and fish

I like that I am a block off the trail and I can use it to walk to a favorite outdoor restaurant. The schools are stellar and this is an old well established neighborhood. I am walking distance to parks and the Saturday farmer's market
