What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Fountain Valley

My neighborhood is unique in that it is in a city essentially founded by Japanese Americans. I like going to new restaurants and shops for immigrants.

I love that we're tucked away in a cul-de-sac but still close to a larger street, within a mile of two highway on-ramps, and a short walk to grocery stores, restaurants and coffee shops. When friends come over we can walk to local bars.

Nothing that special. The pizza shop is great and then there 8s a.donut spot. There also gas station near by that sale a few goods.

Nearby park. Nearby grocery store. Lots of events at the nearby recreation center. Lots of food nearby.

The neighborhood is close to public transportation. Also, it is relatively safe from crime. I also like the ability I have to have long walks and get adequate exercise.

Close to public transportation and stores. There are quite a few local stores that can fulfill some need and the people aren't so bad. You just need to be careful like any other neighborhood.
