What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Cupertino

There are mostly fast food restaurants. The are three grocery stores close by. There are three bus routes.

My complex is more upscale but still affordable for me, so I love that. Most of my favorite restaurants and bars are in close proximity. It's very pet friendly so I feel comfortable having my dogs out and about here. It's also pretty quiet considering how close to the city it is.

I love the park nearby and the fact that I can walk to the post office and a couple of stores. I also have good neighbors.

There is a park near by. There are restaurants walkable in the area. Grocery stores walkable in the area

It's easy access to Portland is a big value. I enjoy having access without the crime, traffic, and lack of parking found throughout Portland.

I like that it is close to three bus routes and a park and ride. I like that there is a Fred Meyers close by.
