What Renters Like and Dislike About Ranchettes

Small community. HOA has rules on upkeep. Very close to shopping and essential services. Schools are close and have bus service. Great location.

I love living in a rural area that is close to town. More developments are coming on our side of town making it easier for us to shop.

4 law enforcement officers live nearby in the neighborhood. The are also several parks near by along with bike and walking trails.

I like that it is bike friendly, kid friendly, and pet friendly. The backyards have adequate space for children and pets. Located near two elementary schools.

I love the location Walmart is maybe two or three blocks away and I am able to walk there and do some shopping

it's a quiet area very peaceful. a great place to live and enjoy. there is nothing to improve or dislike about this place at all.
