Neglected maintenance on the apartment complex, things are falling apart. Management is so cheap they dont hire enough maintenance people so they only respond to emergencies. Website advertises luxury apartment complex but the level of upkeep and maintenance is GHETTO. Office staff is rude. Tenants regularly park in the handicap spaces and office management does nothing, broken down vehicles in the parking lot and nothing is ever done about it. Horrible management only cares about collecting rent never mind critical upkeep, maintenance or customer service. Manager on site cares more about wearing a mask while she is sitting by herself in her private office than customer service. Maybe she should invest in a HAZMAT suite to wear while working in her office by herself.

It was a decent looking spot but theyre asking for to much for what they have to offer also theyre so far from anything the location is horrible for the price
