What Renters Like and Dislike About West Bend

Ours is a duplex (side-by-side) condominium development thst is about 25 years old. There is substantial green space, common areas between the dwellings.

Lots of coffee shops and small breweries near. Close to a small art district and only 10 minutes from downtown

I feel comfortable with packages on my doorstep and everyone that walks by waves and is friendly to each other.
