What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Waukesha

I think that it's kind of talked away in a lot of people don't know about it. Also the fact that we are mostly families and older people

It is close to essential businesses like grocery stores. It also is close to the downtown area with bars and restaurants and near outdoor recreation.

Its convenient to the freeway but not noisy. The utility lines are underground. Shopping and restaurants are less than a mile away

I live on a culdesac so it is quiet. It is close to food and grocery stores and gas stations. Close to parks and schools.

People are friendly and will approach you with open arms. Love going to the downtown area for music and fun activities.

It is quiet and all residential in the area. With no businesses in the arera, it is very quiet. There are 2 parks within a mile for the kids to go and play at.
