      I have lived here for 4 1/2 years now. I really love it here. I am a senior and it has been the perfect new home for me and my little dog Chloe. I feel safe here and everyone is friendly and the management and maintenance team has been so helpful to me in so many ways. There are many apartments in Clarkston and when I sold my home in Oregon to move here closer to my family I did a lot of research on apartments in the area. I have been very pleased with my choice. We have a very nice pool and hot tub and a workout room as well. Also a clubhouse area which is fun when we have events that get scheduled. One of the things I like is the cleanliness of the facility. And the kindness and the effort put forth when I have a question I need answered or a maintenance request to be taken care of. I think anyone looking for apartment living would enjoy living here.

      Most apts. were full or as some places, tenants have to give 30 notices of vacating, it was hard because I also had to give a 30 day notice. It didn't give me enough time to see if I wanted to move into their apt.-- if it was available. I like the fact that apts are listed because I wouldn't know where some of these apts. were located. Am staying where I'm at right now and next year will have to start earlier to check on vacate apts. Thanks for being there.
