I leased a commercial space for over 10 years. I was in business for 45 years and I worked with 5 different landlords at various locations in Milwaukee County. By far, for me, the team at Karademas Management/ Colonial Court were the best group to lease a retail space. Considerate and east to work with.

I looked at your apartment because of good photography, location to greenway and Ericka. She responded promptly, has an excellent attitude and made time for me when I arrived from out of state. Plus, she is very knowledgeable about the area. Almost all of the other companies responded days later or not at all. Ericka is excellent!

Ive lived here for almost a year now and love it! They have always been quick to respond to emails/calls from the start. The apartments are spacious and renovated. Would definitely recommend these apartments!

don't get called back, they are never the price you indicate that they are to be in your price range. So deceiving

I have been a resident of this property since 2006. For a number of years, maintenance was non-existent. Today, with new ownership, the apartments are being updated, maintenance is taken care of as quickly as possible, staff is great, and I have wonderful neighbors!
