I went visit the office. people are unfriendly .Very bad custumer Service ..

Recently renovated apartments and for what you're getting the rent is relatively low. Not the greatest neighborhood but being right by the high school it's safe because there's a decent police presence. No major issues with the apartments themselves, and you don't realize how old or rundown the buildings used to be unless you go in the basement.

If no stars was a option Id be putting that. Neighbors animals releaving themselves upon the side walk/stairs, and leaving it. Bugs in the hallways. A terrible odor in the basement of the building, with a puddle of water consistently sitting down there. Tenants in other buildings screaming at each other on the lawn. All in all you can change the name and up the rent but this place is still trash. Which is a shame because the new management is so polite. Just careless neighbors, and lazy maintenance men.
