Had a appointment to look at apartments n there was no one there and called left a message n still no reply
Apartments are fine, outdated but has good space and plenty of storage. Neighborhood is generally quiet. Street parking is nice, but the parking lots are poorly maintained in the winter, especially around the trash cans. Great location. Pet friendly (weight and breed restrictions, must be fixed and de-clawed). Walls are thin and you can hear your neighbor even when they are being quiet. People smoke inside their units, even though management promises a smoke free facility. Covers it up with air fresheners in the hallway. Management is run by condescending and rude individuals that only care about filling units, not taking care of current residents. Any problems that may come up are ignored. Maintenance is slow to respond and will more than likely put a band-aid on the situation rather than do any actual work. Mailboxes are not secure, you're better off with a safety deposit box if you receive any sensitive documents.
We are in such a nice quiet building. Neighbors are very nice. The play area for children is well kept. Just wish some of the apartments were updated a bit more.
Management here is a joke. If you have an issue, good luck getting it fixed. I asked repeatedly for them to fix a leaky faucet, a door that kept sticking and a A/C that worked intermittently. It took at least a month for them to get around to fixing the each issue, with me nagging them on a regular basis. Add to that it is loud around there, with many people coming and going at all times of the night and day.
Great place, great locations! Very friendly and prompt staff, always take care of maintenance issues right away.
