Thank goodness for new managers. It looks like things are turning around. The operations manager has always been pleasant to deal with too. She just seems so busy but she would come plant flowers, change light bulbs and help out. New managers are working hard to bring this place back to life. Been here 15 years. Hoping for 15 more.
total waste of money to live here.outdated apartments doors falling apart and appliances .parking
lots are flooded in spring/fall.snow removel is terrible got damage to my care due to them failing to salt and remove ice chunks from parking lot. and they raise rent every year. any better rentals than this run down apartments
Great place to live! It's perfect for me and my daughter. Love that there is a fireplace. Spacious and office staff are very nice.
Everything that my fellow current resident has told you at the top, Is nothing but truth...We personally have no problems with neighbors either. But you better be handy with tools or very patient...This past fall Leafs where left to look at all winter long till spring then mowed over. Property management was nothing short of a bad joke the last 2 years we have lived here...and the Landlord was incompetent that or just down right lazy, easily understandable why they fired them, and now with the new Landlords struggling to pick up the absolute mess left for them...have no choice but to rewrite the lease that is more of a soft cover novel of telling you how you should live in "your" apartment that was already poorly maintained years before you get there. But hey these are just reviews...come live here if you want...or I mean don't and keep looking and dont stop!!!
Used to be kept up but now is quickly going down hill. Grass has been replaced with weeds. Landscaping is becoming overgrown and dead bushes/trees are left in place. Easy repairs such as nailing flashing back in place is ignored for weeks. The neighbors are great and environment is good. Landlords are cheap and will raise the rent every year and all you'll get is an older apartment
