We have lived at Canterbury Crossing for almost four years, and it is such a wonderful place to live! Management at Canterbury Crossing puts in so much time and effort to create such a beautiful place for their residents to live.
I've been there for years. I've never had to wait more than 24 hours for any repair or anything in my property. There always courteous and professional when I speak to them.they maintain the property very well it's always clean. The grass is always cut. The snow is always shoveled and salted.my wife and myself and my two children are very pleased living here.
The apartment, although large, was not well maintained and things we requested on a walkthrough prior to renting, like cleaning the carpets, was not completed prior to our move in. We worked directly with the owner and the owners daughter to come to agreement on a shortened lease and lease terms verbally, only to be given a lease that did not meet the terms discussed. They were more than willing to negotiate on terms prior to the signing of the lease, but when the lease terms were incorrect, they were unwilling to come to a compromise costing us a considerable amount of money. The worst overall rental experience we have had in over 10 years of renting.
They are just ok. Not all units have been updated. Some closets needed repair and other items needed attention. It looks way larger on the photos than in person. Just so/so. Nice area and nice attentive rental agent though.
Ownership is excellent, communicative and desires to have a personal relationship with tenants. Management (Brookfield Management, LLC) is always available and personable. Maintenance is prompt, thorough and professional.
