Looks like a nice place
It is a nice place to live for a reasonable price great neighbors, however, the manager Tara is very rude and demeaning. Rude notes are often left on the apartment building or doors including when the front door was fixed there was a note telling the tenants not to be twits and break it again and my children began asking why the manager felt that way about them and myself. If a small part of a blind is broke or is too yellowed you will have a note immediately on your door to replace it or be fined $25 a blind etc. I also know that the housing authority and police department were working with a program called feed the children to deliver free lunches for kids during the summer month when the school district no longer offers free lunches and when Tara was contacted she would not allow it.
I'm sure the old reviews on the site are from years ago because this is one of the nicest places I've seen.Tara in the office is always pleasant n has a answer for any question. The reason why i picked this place is because of the way they are strict on the background checks. Which means they keep it safe for the residents. Snow removal is done super fast. And it's very quiet, There are kids running around now n then but just normal and just being kids. And with your windows down you wouldn't even hear them. I work 3rd shift n have never had any problem sleeping.
I actually wasn't going to move here because of the reviews but I know now they are from 5+ years ago. This is one of the nicest places I've seen in the area. Super clean and kept up very nice. Always see maintinence out and about. They also had the lots cleaned up super fast after 15 inches of snow. As far as management, Tara is very professional and gets things done and is always super friendly. The one thing that stood out and got me to sign the lease also is the best way they do background checks and how strict they are about this. It's a good way to ease your mind also. Very nice place that I feel stands above the rest.
