It is quiet, safe, yet close to shopping. The freeway cis only a little over a mile away. Police department is also close.

I like that it's near the bus stop and close to stores. I like that it is relatively Close to downtown.

A lpt of diversity with no problems is unique. There are plenty of stores and businesses in walking distance. Goingvto ethnic restaurants in the area is common with friends and family.

It's mostly quiet day or night. There are many stores and restaurants within walking distance. Groceries, home goods, auto stores, retail stores and pharmacies are all nearby and easy to get to by car, bike or foot.

I like that my neighborhood is quiet at night. It's kind of unique that it's right on the edge between a city and it's suburb. I like that there are many shops and stores within a short drive. I like going to neighborhood Mexican restaurants with my family and friends.

There is easy access to activities and stores to fulfill people's needs. There are schools nearby that are good
