The current manager runs a tight ship, when things need fixed he sees that they get fixed the right way. He makes sure people are kept up to date on any updates, changes, or reminders of NO SMOKING POLICY, KEEPING HALLS FREE of trash, clutter, toys, ect. Very quiet.
I was unable to be helped here. Due to a eviction which was to the home that I owned unfortunately. Although I was able to provide a co signer and double security check plus a few months rent I could provide it was still unfortunate that they were unable to help.
