It is close to public transit and stores close by. People who live there have been there a long time so most people know each other.

There are several bars around, it is a good place for someone like me who loves to drink, it meets my needs, I feel very satisfied

Feel safe walking at night It's safe to leave your door unlocked Leaving your package on your doorstep feels safe Would you leave a spare key with a neighbor?

I like that it is close to downtown. And that there is public transportation. There is also access to highways and restaurants.

I like the community. I liked the people and pets and I like that kids can play. I like that the neighbors are friendly

I have a corner store that is open 7 days a week and stays open until midnight. I can always count on them
