    I lived with Gorman Company for 3 years, in Frederick Lofts 2 years. The Staff at Gorman is unfriendly and not personable-- only telling you what you want to hear at move in, to later nail you to the cross in fees upon check out. I was charged $20 per nail hole in the wall, (I spackled and sanded the holes for management also), and thoroughly cleaned the unit before move out leaving the unit essentially spotless. This is a great location, absolutely yes, but with the property management it is not worth it. I strongly advise to not live here or with Gorman. You would think with 3 years of service they would know a tenant's ethic and have a level of respect.

    Nice, quaint place! While we moved in during construction time, and the noise is deafening, the neighborhood is really quaint. Now that construction is near complete, the surroundings seem like they will be pleasant. The place itself is well maintained. Maintenance responds quickly, heated underground parking is convenient and the neighbors are pretty nice. It is price, but its a new building and the workout center plus community room are prefect add ons!

    Excellent staff. Beautiful appliances. My only downgrade is that some cabinets, outlets, light switches, etc. were put together poorly and are noticeably crooked. They take away from everything else that is top of the line.
