Beautiful building, friendly neighbors, animal-friendly (with lots of cute dogs!), and great management.
We had some initial issues upon move-in but the building manager and maintenance team has done an excellent job addressing them quickly!
The location and community here at River Place set it apart. The price point assures a clean and respectful community. The units are luxurious, industrial and cool and the proximity to the proverbial scene is spot on. The owner meticulously groomed the property and made impeccable choices in everything from the appliances to the aesthetic.
River Place Lofts are aesthetically beautiful and have excellent management. I have had prompt responses to all inquiries and enjoy living in this location.
The units and property are very nice and well maintained. The location is very secluded in its own area so it is fairly quiet. However, we can hear neighbors almost clearly at times. If we couldn't hear neighbors as well, this location would get a perfect rating from us.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms.
