Each of our loft apartments have been carefully designed with the best in finishes and conveniences catering to the needs of our urban residents. Underground parking fee is $160 and $120 for the structure next door.

In addition to market rate apartments, MKE Lofts does have moderate income apartments. These moderate income apartments priced between $900 and $1,200, have an income restriction to qualify. The income restriction is a maximum household income depending on the number of people living in the apartment. The quality of the apartment (i.e., appliances, counter tops, floors, cabinetry) and in-unit amenities (i.e., HVAC, washer/dryer, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and refrigerator) are all great. What held me back from an excellent rating was an electric stove, which for anyone who cooks a fair amount is not ideal, lack of an outdoor space, location (both of the apartment complex and my unit within the complex), and availability of building personnel (no one on site 24/7).

Love the apt and the location but it gets pretty louds with motorcycles and the music from the bar downstairs.

We are happy to hear you enjoy the location! Being right downtown, we are in the middle of everything Milwaukee has to offer. Although during and after the renovation additional insulation was added, the hustle bustle of the city comes along with being downtown. Perhaps there is a different unit in the building that would be quieter for you? Let us know if you would like additional details.

The staff is GREAT, I love them to death. However, the overall craftsmanship of the building is average at best, the building constantly smells of animal urine due to this mishandling of pets by other tenants, thought the building keeps a regular cleaning staff schedule. The workout room and commons area is nice and well maintained. There is a policy that you have to pay an separate utility bill for water, garbage and other misc. items, however no one understands the billing process.

Thank you for your feedback! I am very happy to hear you appreciate us, we love having you as a tenant! Being a pet friendly building, mistakes are bound to happen. This Friday, 8/12 we are having our elevator shafts cleaned out in addition to our carpet cleaning. The water/trash/sewer billing is complex. It is a new HVAC system that uses hot/cold water.
