What Renters Like and Dislike About Menomonee Falls

Its a brand new neighbourhood. All kids are so young and all families have kids. Lot of restaurants near by

I like that its mostly quiet. Neighbors are nice & friendly and will look out for each other. We all have over acre yards so its very nice. Not to big not too small.

I don't think there's anything unique. It's walkable to a grocery store, salon, sushi, and other stores

I only go to a few places since I have no car. There are no public buses or Taxis here the only way I can go anywhere is with the Senior shuttle bus which only runs a few hours most days. But I do really like living here its very peaceful and quiet here very little crime. No noise after dark including sirens I like knowning my neighbors are available if I would need anythinge

Our neighbors are extremely friendly. We feel very safe letting our kids play outside and with the other kids in the neighborhood. It is a wonderful neighborhood. We have great family gatherings several times a year.

I like that I live across from a parkway and there are no houses on that side of street. The road is not a busy street.
