The staff has been very accommodating and they take pride in the building. I like the convenience, my apartment configuration and the amenities.
I like the look and quality of the apartments and facilities. Also Holly, Erica, and the maintenance people are helpful and friendly. I also like the location - there are a lot of good places to run nearby. The flower gardens on the property are exquisite.

Pretty good overall except just too expensive, as many downtown Madison apartment complexes are today. Seems the market is forcing too many people to constantly look elsewhere as salaries are not keeping up with rising prices.
Overall, I really enjoy living at Wingra Pt. Being situated between Monona Bay and the Arboretum is great, and having the ability to walk to Camp Randall and the Kohl Center is terrific, too. The management team has been easy to work with, and the apartment complex has all of the amenities that I need. I do think that the underground parking rate is too high, and I hear more noise from my upstairs neighbor than is ideal. Also, it would be nice to have apartment-wide events.
