Inconsistent information given from both parties in the leasing center. They were very pushy in both signing the lease without seeing an apartment, then into only seeing the model when we requested to see an apartment. Photos and the model apartment are much nicer than actual apartments. After receiving multiple inconsistencies in the hour we spent visiting and reading the lease (ex: "tenant responsible for all repairs"), we decided against moving to The Villages.
Today we went to pay rent and the new incompetent lady had the door locked and hid when we knocked to pay rent. They dont answer the phone and dont call back.
Looking for a two bedroom apartment
My actual apartment is nice. They updated everything really well. It isn't bad for the money. However, it wasn't overly safe. There seems to be a lot shootings/ burglaries around the neighborhood. Not somewhere to live if you want a quiet home. Also, the residents seem to litter a lot and after a weekend, there are a lot of questionable items all over the parking lot/ yard. It didn't feel overly safe.
