The Meadows Apartments

Some at my apartment are not in a good condition.

I have yet to be excepted for the place but I can honestly say the staff is awesome. They helped me to no end and their customer service is off the chain. I truly hope I can make the meadows my home, and if not I thank them for their kindness.

It is a great place to live

I have lived at the Meadows apartments for a year in August. We recently renewed our lease for a second year. The complexes appear to be in a fairly nice neighborhood. The traffic is completely manageable, even quiet most times of the day. I've met many of my neighbors over this past year, and they are all friendly although they often keep to themselves. The Meadows immediately stuck out to us after meeting with the staff. They appeared very genuine and kind. They were very helpful and understanding with any questions or concerns. (Most of all, I didn't get that grimy feeling I had gotten with some other leasing consultants). The apartments are fabulous on their own, but the staff was definitely the deciding factor. -Rachel H.

I had a very helpful and easy time whole checking out the meadows apartments. I was looking for living options and had no prior experience looking for an apartment and working with the leasing consultant Alyson made things very delightful and easy to understand. I was able to find the right apartment for me after a tour of the property and would highly recommend anyone to work with her when looking for the right fit for you.

Rent is low. That’s definitely the best part. We just renewed for the 2nd year. No problems!

First snow in Madison. The silence, the soft, the calm in the landscape.

I've lived here for about two and a half years now, and it's generally been great. the maintenance staff is good and the people in the office are nice. My one complaint would really be that there aren't exactly enough parking spaces. It would be better if there were assigned parking spaces, and it's not always a problem, but sometimes can be annoying.

I have lived here for a year and a half now and so far the it has been an alright time. The staff are all great and helpful but the sound from the highway gets very loud at times and will sometimes become annoying.Other than that the overall experience of living here as been alright on top of that the rent is also very reasonable.

The Meadows Apartments is a great place to live! I been here going on 2 years and I never had a problem. The maintenance and staff in the office are really good people and they take action right away if something needs to be taken care of! I recommend this place to anyone who wants to live in a safe friendly environment.

Great apartments. Our apartment was recently updated. New carpet, nice flooring, fresh painted walls. We have a two bedroom and there is a good amount of space. Nice stainless steel fridge, dishwasher, and electric stove. Walk in closet has lots of room for both our wardrobes. Nice sized balcony. Rent and utilities are a great price. We pay for electricity but water and gas is split throughout the building. Small pet fee compared to other apartments I have looked at. Laundry is in the basement of our building, and I usually don't have a hard time finding an open one. There are two pools in the summer and I swim there often. Also a gym with two tredmills, and eliptical, and some free weights. Woodmans, Walmart, Target, the Post Office, and East Towne Mall are all within a 10 minute drive, if not less. I work downtown bur more towards the west side of downtown and it takes me 20 minutes to get to work. Also right on the entrance to 90 and 94.

I have lived in a one-bedroom apartment at The Meadows for just over a year now, and wow! My experience living here has been overwhelmingly positive. My advice to anyone interested would be to stop into the office and ask to look at a unit. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful, and the units look great in person. It’s sometimes hard to tell the quality of apartments from photos, but in the case of the The Meadows, it does not disappoint. For all other units in my price range, The Meadows blew the contenders out of the water. It is cat friendly (no dogs), but I don’t mind that because it is nice to not have to worry about barking/noise. They just replaced all of the windows and sliding patio doors, and my unit even has an updated kitchen that is very nice. In addition, the maintenance team does a great job with any request and responds to issues promptly. An amazing perk of living here are the pools! There are two, I believe, and I can’t even tell you how amazing it is to lay out in the summertime. In Madison, other swimming locations are always sooooo busy and crowded, so it is convenient to have friends over and swim in a pool right outside your apartment. In my opinion, it is a great location to live, because it is just a short distance from several things : MATC Madison, Covance Laboratories, East Towne Mall, and Cottage Grove. It is in a residential area, but it has easy highway access, so heading off to Wis Dells, Milwaukee, or Chicago is a snap. The one area that I feel is lacking is in the laundry department. The basement is a little creepy and there aren’t very many machines compared to the number of units. You pay using a card that you have to load money onto rather than quarters, so at least there is that. All in all, I would highly recommend The Meadows to anyone looking for an apartment on the east side of Madison!!

I've lived in my spacious apt for several years. Neighbor noise has never been an issue, office staff go above & beyond to accommodate my needs and any maintenance issues are handled quickly & efficiently! I definitely recommend you making The Meadows your home!
