Went to view the property it is beautiful from the club house to the actual apartment. Apartment we viewed was spacious and clean. Really hope my application is accepted. Staff seemed nice and down to earth.

For the prices they are charging, you can get a much nicer, newer apartment in the same approximate location. They were very nice but need to do some serious updating.

Would recommend going elsewhere as long as the current property manager is in place. She seems annoyed every time we interact with her. The apartment is overly noisy. We hear everything our upstairs neighbor does, down to clanking dishes at their dinner table. We have lived in apartments in the Madison area for years and are used to apartment noise. This place must have no insulation between the apartments because every noise is heard. You can hear the wind coming through the windows and patio doors when they are closed and locked. Apparently the property management company has been working with the contractor...for over a year because nothing has been fixed. The fitness center equipment is broken and the weight machines are rusting. The pool had a line of mildew around it when it opened through the end of the summer. For the price, go elsewhere.
