We absolutely love the Sauk Creek Apartments. The layout and spacious rooms are what sold us on selecting these apartments, along with how well the grounds are maintained in both summer and winter. We are extremely happy with the management. Both the manager and maintenance staff go above and beyond all our expectations. The get the job done very efficiently and effectively with their great knowledge of everything in the unit. Everyone is professional and really caring for the well being of their tenants. We could not ask for a better, more comfortable place to live. Many thanks for all the time and efforts the staff put into making this an excellent place to call home.
The issue which I had with the Apartment was the heating. I had two bedroom apartment. when the heat was turned on; the bedrooms would get overheated but the hall would still remain cold. This was not fixed even after complaining to the management multiple times. I ended up using a portable heater in the living room all the winter.
I like the apartment styles and the maintenance crew is great! They complete maintenance requests very quickly.
I Love It Here. They Take Rally Good Care Of The Property Inside And Out. If You Need Anything Fixed It Is Done Immediately. The Staff Are Very Friendly.
Maintenance is always responsive, no problems with management, always quiet and the grounds are well-maintained.
Sauk Creek's convenient location at the corner of Old Sauk and High Point Rd. on Madison's trendy west side is less than one minute from the Beltline Hwy. Our residents enjoy neighborhood shopping at Greenway Station, fine restaurants and many entertainment options. A wide variety of employment opportunities are near and very accessible. There are a number of schools, the Alicia Ashman Library, restaurants, shops and medical facilities within an arms reach. Our community boarders Sauk Creek Park, which comes with an abundance of recreation; such as a brand new playground, a basketball court, and over four acres of green space. All this could be a step away from your backyard!
