I haven't even moved in yet and already it's been the best experience! I have a friend living in the complex so was familiar with it from a visitor's perspective, but when I toured in February with Annika, I knew it was the place to be. Since then, Annika has made the entire process so smooth and easy, and I'm floored by the speed and efficiency with which everything is handled! (Also, she's hilarious, so that just makes the entire process even more relaxing.) I've moved over 30 times in the past 14 years and I'm looking forward to settling in at River's Edge for this stage of life.

The poor reviews below about the towers are accurate. The buildings have lots of bugs & the building always...always smells like garbage. the doors leading inside are often broken and there is no sense of security. if you have a package delivered outside the office it's going to be stolen . 2am the train switching station across the street is active and your hear metal scraping and grinding throughout the night

I've lived here for about a year, and I really love it. The management is excellent - kind, professional, and willing to serve your needs - and the maintenance staff is awesome!! They typically have a 24-hour turn around time. I love living here!!

I have had several maintenance requests since living here. Each time the problems were addressed and fixed in a timely manner. All of the staff is courteous and excellent with their customer service.
