I like that this property has parking designated for visitors. There isn't much for other amenities though. However, there's a gas station right next to the building and a bus stop within walking distance. It seems like an affordable place to live.

The complex has a parking lot for residents, so street parking isn't something you have to deal with every day. Since there's an on-site laundry facility for residents to use, not having in-unit washers and dryers isn't an issue.
