(9 Ratings)High Point Commons is an awesome place to live. It is a dog friendly complex with well maintained grounds. The leasing agents and manager are personable, professional, and very helpful. Maintenance staff is supurb. Issues are fixed in a timely manner, usually within a day or two. I've lived at High Point Commons for 6 years and will not be moving anytime soon. I'm very happy here.

The buildings and grounds are well-maintained, our maintenance requests were dealt with super quickly and thoroughly, and staff is always friendly and helpful. The area is nice too -- I feel safe in this neighborhood. My neighbors have all been really easy to live around. It's also a very pet-friendly residence, and everyone cleans up after their animals.
