They need to start building affordable housing for FAMILIES. Pure greed to pollute the area with 1 bedroom apartments that cost an arm and a leg. Completely disrespectful to long time city residents who are being pushed out due to capitalism.

My partner and I have been living here since May. Ever since we came in to pay our "administration fee" we, the leasing consultant was very rude. He looked at us blankly and asked "So do you guys have the payment?" And being as excited as we were we ignored that and gave him the payment. He then gave us our keys and with a straight face he looks at us and then says in the most monotone voice "welcome home." We brushed it off because again, we were excited. Then a few weeks later when I proceeded to go down to his office and get my mail key, turn in my move-in sheet, and to get our parking passes, one resident was already walking out of his office. I knock politely, and then he proceeds to put a finger in my face to tell me to hold on. Again, thought it was weird and rude but brushed it off. Every single time we have had maintenance issues in our apartment, we have had to email and contact management MULTIPLE times before anything gets fixed. The reason we were sold on this place was because of it's ammenities. The pool and the bikes in the garage (not to mention a one bedroom unit DOES NOT include one garage stall parking spot) but even with the bikes, when my partner and I went down to rent two bikes out for the day, we log in and put our information in, and all the sudden you have to sign up for a subscription plan??? It's a shame because this is our ideal location, close to everything and not even 5 minutes from the highway. And after living here a while, we finally realize that we are paying wayyyy too much for such little space. This is a nice area, and calm residents but there are definitely better places to live for cheaper and for more space!

I did a tour with elevate. The building is not only amazing but the staff . The girl who sits in the office is so sweet and the manager Patrick is very helpful . -Alex

If you're looking for a quiet place to live, this is not it. I've lived here for almost 2 months and I can tell you I haven't had the best experience. The walls are so thin that I can hear when my neighbor's AC comes on and off. I've complained about it and they say it's because it's a new building and once it fills up it will be better but that doesn't make sense. The location is great but I don't recommend moving here if you're looking for peace and quiet.
