Actual cost for a studio plus parking, basic utilities (heating (electricity), internet, water), and storage: ~$996.00
This building is essentially a massive dormitory, and cannot stress enough that for a normal working adult, how seriously living here will derail your quality of life due to the lack of sleep/peaceful living. Three-Sixty is now advertising short-term leases so Im certain the problems will only continue to escalate as more students continue to move in. The building was sold to me during construction as a working professionals community which has been totally false.
There is *no property manager on-site,* and the position has been vacant for months. The construction materials are poor, and you can hear literally every move a neighbor makes (the units are echo chambers due to the height of the ceilings). The apartments are over-priced for the size, and the laundry room has very basic coin machinery which is often out of order due to irresponsible residents. The parking lot is supposed to be paid, but many residents take advantage of the Three-Sixtys lack of attention to The Hub, and park off-Street for free, while the rest of us pay $65 per month to have shoddily maintained winter lots.
If you are a student and loans/parents are footing the bill? Perfect. If youre over the age of 23, avoid this place at all costs. Right across the street their are luxury apartments, with studios twice the size of The Hub units and in-unit W/D, starting at $950.00. The extra money will be well worth your sanity.
