Based on what can be seen from the street and what I learned, I would not want to rent from here. There are no patios or balconies and no green space. I have no way of knowing if they have any amenities from outside. The rental office is inside the building and they had their phone number posted. No brochures or information around. Based on previous knowledge from touring the place in the past, there are many amenities such as a fitness center. I believe there is even a green area on the roof with benches and possibly grills. Great location if you want to be downtown. Also previous knowledge, views from rooms on upper floors are nice either facing the river and sunset or facing the Bluffs in the sunrise.
